2009 FEI Calendar Applications

It is time for Organising Committees to submit their applications to run an International Event in 2009.

It is now the time of year to send in FEI Calendar Applications for 2009. If you wish to hold an International event during 2009, you will need to fill out the application form.

To make an application, please find the relevant documents listed below:

· A spreadsheet containing the application form, which requires more information to be filled in than in previous years. The reason for this is that the spreadsheet contains all the fields that we require for our events calendar on the website, therefore allowing us to upload this information quickly and accurately.

· A schedule of fees involved with holding an FEI event so that all Organising Committees are aware of the fees involved.

· A categories index, which lists all the categories of, and the requirements for, holding an International Event.

The date these applications are required to be returned by is Friday, 22 August 2008. Can you please send the spreadsheet back via email to Michelle at the National Office michelle@efanational.com, as well as printing a copy and sending it via post attention Michelle, to PO Box 673, Sydney Markets NSW 2129, with payment enclosed for the calendar fees. Calendar applications will not be accepted without payment.
