Chef d'Equipe/ Coach Expressions of Interest for CCI* Pattaya, Thailand
The EFA would like to invite members to indicate their interest to act as Chef d’Equipe or Coach at this competition from 24-26 October in Pattaya, Thailand.
The Equestrian Federation of Australia has received an invitation from the Thai Equestrian Federation for a team of two (2) riders, a Chef d’Equipe and a Coach to compete at the CCI* Pattaya being held at the Thai Polo and Equestrian Club on 24th - 26th October 2008.
The Event Organising Committee will provide the following:
- Discounted Accommodation riders, Chef d’Equipe and Coach at either the Horseshoe Point Resort & Country Club and Eastiny Hotels and Resorts.
- Local transportation which will include airport transfers and travel to and from the show ground.
- The competition horses (excludes leasing fee of US$2000)
- Social Events
The Chef d’Equipe will be responsible for:
- Arrangement and expenses of travel to and from
- Accommodation costs in Pattaya
- Insurance (The EFA National Office can assist with this insurance)
- Receiving and returning the team uniforms from the EFA
- Organising the Team Rider Profiles and forwarding to the Organising Committee
- Liaising with Team Members to coordinate travel
- Provide team results and an event report/story post competition
- Complete the EFA Chef report within 5 working days post competition.
The EFA National office will provide administration support and team uniforms for all riders and officials.
