Beijing Olympic Team member Megan Jones  finished 4^th in the HSBC Eventing World Rankings for 2008, fellow South Australian Wendy Schaeffer was in 5^th place.  In total there were 7 AUS Eventing riders in the top 20. Christopher Burton 8^th, Sonja Johnson 10^th, Clayton Fredericks 12^th, Sam Lyle 14^th and Andrew Hoy 20^th. GBR were next best with 3 riders in the top 20.

Australia’s Boyd Exell finished 2008 in 2^nd place on the FEI Driving World Rankings.

Edwina Alexander achieved Australia’s highest-ever Jumping World Ranking - finishing 2008 in 4^th place.  

Meg Wade is currently 8^th on the FEI World Rankings for Endurance.
