Ready Set Trot junior participation program
			Ready Set Trot - for young horse lovers without a horse. A junior participation program to increase public awareness and junior participation in the equestrian industry.
EA and PCA working together
			Through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding in 2011, EA and PCA have built the foundation of a collaborative working relationship to benefit members and the greater equine industry.
Research Initiatives
			Research is an important element of continued growth and development. EA is conducting research initiatives to assist in organisational benchmarking and program development and delivery. The more members who participate in research projects, the more benefit EA will be able to provide to members.
