Welcome to the 2008 EFA Member's Surveys. Please enter and complete the surveys to go into the draw to win a Bates Australia saddle of your choice or a Sony Ericsson C702 Cyber-shot phone!
The EFA has developed the on-line surveys to research and collect data from our members.
The intention of the surveys is to:
A) Understand who our members are
B) Understanding your needs and wants as members
C) Understand the demographics of our members
D) Collate data on the consumer patterns of our members
E) Identifying potential opportunities for the EFA and its members
This information is important for a variety of reasons. We want to better target our marketing, understand how promotional work can build our membership and leverage what we will know about our members for accessing further sponsorship and partnerships with the corporate world.
The more we know about our membership the more ability we have to not only serve the members to the best of our ability but also attract potential marketing and sponsorship opportunities. For example, we want to know how many of you own four wheel drives which will help us to interest car manufacturers in our collective buying power.
The NCAS system requires feedback from all accredited coaches, coach educators and candidates. Even those of you who started but have not completed, we would like to know your views on the system.
There are three surveys for members to complete - (not every survey will apply to all members)
1. Members Survey for all EFA members
2. Coaches Survey for all EFA accredited and registered coaches
3. Coach Candidates Survey for all current and previous candidates who are or who have been undertaking the EFA NCAS Coach training to become accredited coaches.
We hope to get as many members as possible completing the survey so we can get a large cross-section of information to assist in building the profile of the Equestrian sport within The surveys will take approximately 10 minutes each to complete.
