Gow Gates have had a Member Dangerous Activity Acknowledgement form prepared for use by members. This document is different from the one that non-members are required to sign. A copy is attached below.  It would be best if your club included the Member form or its wording with club membership applications and renewals so that club members need to sign it only once a year.
