EA NCAS Coach Registration

EA Coach Registration (and EA Insurance) is due from 4pm on the 30th September each year.  The EA National Office e-mails and then mails a coach Registration Pack to every Registered and Non-Practising coach in August/September each year at their last known address. 


 It is the coach’s responsibility to obtain a renewal pack and complete their registration and compulsory requirements each year.

 Coach Registration Pack Includes:

  • Risk Managment Information/Checklist
  • EA Coach Insurance Policy Information
  • Dangerous Activity Acknowledgement
  • Incident Report Form
  • Coach's Code of Ethics
  • Updating Summary
  • Registration Form

EA NCAS Coaches have the option to take out

  • EA  Registration and Insurance
  • EA Registration and Insurance elsewhere or
  • register as a non-practising coach.

In order to register or renew coaches must have the following:

  • Current EA membership
  • Proof of current insurance (or payment for EA insurance)
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • have attended a compulsory update clinic in the last 2 years
  • have completed the required Update Points
