High Performance update

With the Rio Olympic Games and Paralympic Games complete and all team members having now returned home or at their next competition, Equestrian Australia is undertaking a full review of our campaign and the associated preparations. As part of any Olympic/Paralympic cycle, the full business area of High Performance will be assessed and the next four-year strategic phase will be planned for implementation. This is to ensure we are in the best possible position to once again contend for medals at Tokyo 2020.

This is an in-depth process which is being led by Chris Webb, our High Performance Manager, so we remain highly competitive on the international stage while offering the appropriate pathways for the next generation of Olympians and Paralympians. Once the review is complete we will provide a further update.

We thank you for your patience during this review process and look forward to advising of the strategy and structure of the next Olympic/Paralympic cycle in due course.
