National Safety Manager Update

Recently, I was invited by Terry Snow and his wife Ginette to attend Willinga Park Dressage by the Sea on 27th February 2021.

It was such a pleasure to be able to personally thank Mr Snow and his wife for their financial contribution to Eventing through the establishment of the Making Equestrian Safer (MES) Fund.

To date, this funding has enabled a variety of national safety initiatives and projects, such as the initial appointment of a National Safety Officer (Roger Kane), the purchase of frangible devices for cross country fences, implementation of Equiratings and other projects.

Willinga Park is an equestrian competitor and horse heaven. With its magnificent indoor and outdoor arenas, stable complexes, accommodation and restaurant facilities, set in the most tranquil and manicured gardens imaginable. It is a  breathtaking equestrian facility.

Again, thank you to Mr and Mrs Snow for your equestrian passion and the support you have provided to the sport of Eventing and Equestrian Australia.
