Ricky MacMillan has been appointed to the EA Board in April 2019.

Ricky has spent a lifetime involved in the horse industry as an official, horse breeder and trainer, coach, volunteer, including on event organizing and sport committees, and competitor in all three Olympic disciplines, showing and other horse sports.

She has been a member of EA since childhood, is a former Pony Club Australia member and international competitor and dual Olympian, twice WEG team member and twice World Cup Final competitor. Ricky is a dressage competitor, coaches in five states, and also does EA and FEI dressage judging.

Ricky is a dentist and has been principal of her Gold Coast Practice for over 30 years.

Ricky is committed to ensuring EA is governed for the benefit of all participating members, by working with others to transform EA into an organisation that listens to and reflects the positive motivation and enthusiasm of the members, maintaining existing members and attracting new ones.
