2026/2027 Coach Renewals

As we approach the 2026/2027 EA Coach Renewal period, we want to ensure you have everything you need well in advance for a smooth and straightforward accreditation process. One important step is to make sure all required compliance documents are uploaded to your EA Account. This can be done easily via the Credentials tab on your EA Profile. Please take a moment to check that all required documents are uploaded. 

• First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
• Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card
• Sport Integrity 2026 Annual Coaches Update https://elearning.sportintegrity.gov.au/ )
• Sport Integrity Anti-Doping Fundamentals Certificate (free to complete online: https://elearning.sportintegrity.gov.au/ )
• Sport Integrity Safeguarding Children and Young People in Sport Certificate (free to complete online: https://elearning.sportintegrity.gov.au/ )
• Sport Australia Community Coaching Essential Skills Certificate please NOTE this must be the full course of 7 Modules which can be completed as one course or 7 individual courses (free to complete online: https://learning.equestrian.org.au/login/)
• EA Concussion Course Certificate (free to complete online: https://learning.equestrian.org.au/login/ )
• Insurance Certificate of Currency (only required if you are selecting the Registration Only option). 

Each document/credential must be marked as green and “Active” if they are orange, it means they are “Waiting Approval” and if they are red, it means they have “Expired”. If your documents are already showing as green and “Active”, please double-check that the correct files are actually attached. If anything is missing, kindly upload the required document.

Having all your documents up to date will make the renewal process on 30th June 2026 quick and simple. At that point, you will only need to log in and purchase your chosen Coach Accreditation.
