Coaches Get Ready for 2021/2022 Registration

The annual EA Coach Registration is just around the corner. To be ready for when coach registration opens, you can start preparing now. 

You will need to ensure you have:

  • attended an EA Coach Update (or CE/SSTA Update) in the past two years, or have achieved an accreditation upgrade in that period. For details on available courses, take a look at our coach education calendar HERE. You can also register for concussion training and other courses to achieve your activity points.
  • achieved enough activity points to register - this includes providing compulsory reaccredition documents as well as participating in other activities that contibute to your coaching tool kit eg professional development, writing articles, research papers and actively coaching! 
  • a current First Aid Certificate - HLTAID003 - Provide First Aid, which is valid for 3 years.
  • obtained your Sport Integrity Anti-Doping Fundamentals Certificate (formerly ASADA Level 1). This is valid forever and free to complete online here.
  • obtained your Sport Integrity Annual Update (formerly ASADA Level 2), which needs to be completed annually. Check it out here.
  • obtained your ASC Community Coaching Principles Certificate (free to complete with Sport Australia - click here.)
  • a current Working with Children Check/Blue Card.
