Expressions of Interest – EA Vaulting High Performance Pathway

Equestrian Australia Vaulting is seeking volunteers to help shape the future of our High Performance (HP) Pathway.

Our HP philosophy is simple: 'athlete and team capability grows when we share knowledge, build strong relationships, and support each other to succeed on the international stage'. We aim to create a healthy, supportive environment where aspiration, hard work, and opportunity come together.

We are now calling for EOIs for two key volunteer roles:

HP Capability Resource Manager

• Work with international colleagues to gather, curate, and share world-class HP resources (including through FEI Campus).
• Ensure materials are practical, accessible, and relevant for athletes, coaches, lungers, and officials.

HP Capability Event Manager

• Coordinate HP Pathway events, including athlete appointments, clinics, and campaign planning up to three years ahead.
• Manage scheduling and logistics for meetings with athletes, coaches, and team managers.

Both roles will work closely with and at the direction of Technical Lead, Tristyn Lowe, appointed by the EA Vaulting HP Pathways Sub-Committee.
