Host Venues Announced for 2027 Australian Dressage Championships
The Equestrian Australia Dressage Committee (EADC) has announced the host organisations and venues for the 2027 Australian Dressage Championship events, with Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales each set to stage a major national title next year.
The championship season kicks off in March, with the 2027 Australian Young Horse & Pony Championships awarded to Dressage Victoria. The event will run in conjunction with the iconic Dressage & Jumping with the Stars at Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre, giving the nation's most promising young horses and ponies a prestigious stage on which to shine.
In September, the spotlight shifts north as Dressage Queensland hosts the 2027 Australian Youth Dressage Championships at the Queensland State Equestrian Centre (QSEC). The event will be conducted alongside the Brisbane CDI, offering young riders the chance to compete amid an international-standard atmosphere.
The season culminates in October with the 2027 Australian Dressage Championships, awarded to Dressage NSW and to be held at the Sydney International Equestrian Centre (SIEC). The flagship event will bring together four national titles under one banner:
- Australian Dressage Championships
- Australian Pony Championships
- Australian Adult Rider (AOR) Championships
- Australian Para Equestrian Championships
The EADC congratulated Dressage NSW, Dressage Queensland and Dressage Victoria on their successful applications, and said it looks forward to three outstanding championship events showcasing the very best of Australian dressage.
Further details, including entry information and schedules, will be released closer to each event.
