The Equestrian Australia Coaching Pathway is an Australian Sports Commission-endorsed national framework designed to support the development of coaches from grassroots participation through to high-performance coaching.

The pathway places horse and athlete welfare at its core and provides structured progression from Introductory Coach through to Level 3 discipline-specific coaching and Coach Educator qualifications.

Members can begin their coaching journey from 12 years of age by completing the required Horse Management and Riding modules. These prerequisites provide the foundation for each coaching level and progressively build the knowledge and skills required to advance through the pathway.
