VOLUNTEER OF THE MONTH is a regular series on our website. It is a way of highlighting the tireless Equestrian Australia volunteers from across all disciplines, who help keep our sport running smoothly, all over Australia.

This month we say THANK YOU to Tania Hay, of Equestrian Tasmania. Thanks Tania!

Ever since she was a child, Tania has been involved with horses. 

Tania partakes in Dressage and Show Horse, in both the realms of coaching and riding. She is an active member of the ETAS Board, the Tasmania State Dressage board and the Tasmania State Equestrian Centre Board.

As well as her multiple Board positions, Tania does so much that makes her a really valued and appreciated member of our community. She helps to run events, across more than her discipline, she's involved in many horse activities, to help ensure their continuity and she truly cares about contributing to her sport and making it better for everyone to use.

Tania helps others in their own development and learning. In the words of her ETAS nominator, "She believes in getting stuck in and getting things done, Tania has a 'can do' attitude and doesn't suffer fools!"

Thank you Tania for being a member of this wonderful army of volunteers that contribute so much to our sport.
