Isabelle Bowditch-McIntyre

Issy rode her first pony when she was 2 years old and started competing at pony club by the age of 5. She started riding competitively in Eventing when when she was 12 years old. Now 20, she lives at the Bowditch-McIntyre family property in Willow Tree, NSW, where she helps out a lot and in parallel is a student at UNE (university of New England), studying a combined Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Teaching. The rider who inspired her is Heath Ryan- his passion and attitude towards his riding inspires her to achieve her best. Issy was awarded NSW Junior Pre Novice Rider of the Year 2009, NSW Junior Athlete of the Year in 2011 and 2013. Her ambition for 2015 is to compete successfully at 3* on Grandios, and campaign younger horses in Eventing. Her mojo would be "Success doesn't come easy".
