Mr Arthur is an active dressage competitor and owner and has been involved in equestrian sport for a number of years both here in Australia and overseas.  Having competed at all levels of dressage right through to Grand Prix and been a regular member of NSW High Performance and Development Squads following success at National & State level, Mark has a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities athletes are presented with in the sport.

Mr Arthur’s professional background as a chartered accountant, advising numerous equestrian athletes and horse breeding studs, combined with his previous experience as an EA Board member provides him with additional understanding of what our riders and owners expect as members of Equestrian Australia and will complement the existing skills currently on the Board.
