EA Assistance Fund 2016/17

To assist with expenses incurred by current EA Members holding a qualification of EA L3 through to FEI, EA provided financial support to assist Officials requiring international travel to attend FEI promotion or refresher courses.

A total amount of $10,000 was available through this fund with the priority targeted to officials who needed to travel overseas to attend relevant training because Australia was not able to offer a local run course.

I am pleased to report that 18 Officials representing Jumping, Eventing, Dressage and Reining were successful and received grants of $300 through to $900 to assist with course attendance in countries including America, Austria, Japan, Germany and England.

Unfortunately, due to budget constraints, this funding will not be available in 2017/18.
