2025 Annual General Meeting and Special General Meeting

Dear Members 

Please see information related to the 2025 Annual General Meeting and Special General Meeting.

The 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held on 19 November 2025 at 7pm (AEDT) via theVero Meeting Portal. The Special General Meeting will follow directly after the AGM. To ensure ease of access for members, the Vero Meeting Portal provides a single login to the AGM and SGM.

Vero Voting is an independent voting and meeting service and has been appointed by Equestrian Australia to manage and host the Equestrian Australia 2025 Annual General Meeting & Special General Meeting via the Vero Meeting Portal.

A separate email will come from Vero Voting with instructions to log onto the Meeting Portal. Through the meeting portal, you can:

• Register to attend the meeting
• Submit a proxy vote
• Ask questions, prior to and during the meeting
• Review all relevant documentation related to the Annual General Meeting and Special General meeting
• Attend the meeting

If you would like to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf for both the AGM & SGM, please complete the form through the Vero Meeting Portal. Proxy forms are to be received 48 hours prior to the start of the corresponding meeting.

It is strongly encouraged that you exercise your right to vote as a member and allocate how your chosen proxy is to vote by either selecting for, against or abstain.
