EA How To Guides available to support members

Equestrian Australia members are encouraged to make use of the EA How To Guides, which have been developed to help members navigate the new IT platform and complete key tasks more easily.

The guides are available to support a wide range of users, including new members joining EA for the first time, existing members logging into the new system, members renewing or purchasing memberships, families adding members to an account, horse owners managing registrations and competition licences, coaches, officials, clubs and international competitors.

For existing EA members who have not yet logged into the new platform, there are guides available to help reset a forgotten password, log in, and get started with an EA account on JustGo. Members can also find step-by-step support for renewing memberships, purchasing memberships, updating account details, setting up two-factor authentication, and changing passwords.

Horse owners can access guides covering horse registration, purchasing a competition licence and transferring horse ownership. Coaches can find detailed support for renewing or purchasing coach memberships, opting into the Coach Finder, accessing certificates and resources, uploading coaching credentials, and following the coaching pathway. Officials can also access guides to check accreditation, update Officials Finder information, purchase top-up insurance, and add Working With Children Check details or equivalent requirements.

Clubs and affiliates are also supported through guides covering new affiliate or club sign-up, updating club details, renewing club affiliation and purchasing club insurance. Additional guides are available for health and safety requirements, including uploading concussion medical clearance certificates, as well as FEI-related processes such as registering as an international competitor and purchasing a Guest Competitor Licence.

Members are encouraged to review the How To Guides before contacting support, as many common questions can be answered quickly through the step-by-step instructions. The guides are designed to make it easier for members to manage their information, complete transactions and use the new system with greater confidence.

EA appreciates the continued patience and engagement of members as we continue to improve the platform and support the community through this transition.
