JustGo System Update: Helping Members Get the Most from the Platform

Equestrian Australia continues to work on improvements to the JustGo system, with a focus on making the platform easier for members to use and more valuable for the wider equestrian community.

Members are encouraged to log in to JustGo and take a few minutes to review their personal details, selected options and opt-in preferences. Keeping this information up to date helps ensure members receive the right information and can make the most of the services available through the system.

EA has also developed a series of How-To guides to support members using JustGo. If you are having trouble logging in, accessing your account or understanding how to complete a task within the system, the How-To guides on the EA website HERE are a helpful first place to start. Additional guides are also available to assist members with horse-related functions in the database.

Work is continuing on two key system developments. The first is the Club Finder, which is being designed to help members and prospective members find EA-affiliated clubs in their local area. This will support easier connection with clubs, activities and opportunities across the country.

The second is the development of a results feature, which will allow members to review results recorded against their name. Once complete, this will give riders a more accessible way to view their competition results and check the information linked to their profile.
