2026 Annual General Meeting and Special General Meeting Notice

Equestrian Australia advises that the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Special General Meeting (SGM) will be held online on Wednesday, 18 November 2026. The SGM will commence immediately following the conclusion of the AGM.

In accordance with Rule 12 of the Equestrian Australia Constitution, formal notice of the meetings is being provided more than 45 days before the meeting date. Detailed agendas, information on the business to be considered, and instructions for participating in the online meetings will be distributed to Voting Members at least 21 days prior to the meetings.

Notices of Motion for the Special General Meeting

Voting Members are reminded that notices of motion may be submitted for consideration as special business at the SGM in accordance with Rule 14 of the Equestrian Australia Constitution.

Notices of motion may be submitted by:

• Voting Members holding at least 5% of the votes that may be cast at a General Meeting;
• At least 100 Voting Members entitled to vote at a General Meeting; or
• One Branch.

All notices of motion must be submitted in writing to the Chief Executive Officer no later than 30 days before the SGM (excluding both the date of receipt and the meeting date).
