EA Member Portal Update | May 2026
Since launching in September 2025, the EA Member Portal (JustGo) has continued to develop as the central platform for members to manage memberships, horse registrations, club affiliations, accreditations and other member services online.
Over the past eight months, the platform has progressively expanded its functionality, delivering several new capabilities for EA while continuing to build on the core services members relied on in the previous system.
Members can currently use the portal to:
- Purchase and renew memberships, and manage personal account information
- Register, manage and transfer horses, including competition licences, bridle numbers
- Complete club and affiliate registrations and related activities
- Manage coaching and officiating accreditations, including renewals and profile visibility within the Coach and Official Finder tools
- Update communication preferences and profile information
Recent enhancements across the platform have also focused on improving workflows, notifications and operational processes for members, clubs, State Branches and EA staff. To support members through the transition to the new system, a growing library of step-by-step How To Guides has also been developed to assist with common tasks and processes.

Development across the platform remains ongoing, with several additional functions currently in testing or active development. Current focus areas include the continued development of the Results functionality, which is intended to support historical result integration, greater visibility of competition history, and future enhancements such as public results display, grading functionality and support for Eventing MER’s.
Additional functionality currently live or progressing through development includes:
- Automated coach accreditation workflows
- Coach and Official Finder search tools
- Communication preference management
- Shop and merchandise functionality
- Digital membership cards
- Event ticketing capabilities and a Master Calendar of Events (in development)
- Horse Finder and Club Finder tools (in development)
Security and system governance also remain a key priority. Two-factor authentication has been implemented for EA and State staff and is also available for members who wish to add an additional layer of account protection.
While a number of key functions are now live and actively used across the sport, some areas, including Digital Horse Cards, selected FEI integrations and further guide development, are still being finalised.
Members can view the latest feature status updates and platform developments via the dedicated status page, which is updated as new functionality becomes available.
EA would like to thank members, clubs and State Branches for their ongoing feedback, patience and support as the platform continues to evolve.
