Equestrian Australia Annual General Meeting Adjourned Until Monday 25th January 2021

The Equestrian Australia (EA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) was scheduled to take place last night, Monday 18th January at 8pm AEDT.

Included on the agenda was a ‘Special Business Notice of Motion’ to amend Rule 4.1 and 5.2 of the EA Constitution, to give Equestrian Northern Territory equal voting status as those held by other State Branches.

Unfortunately, the number of voting members required in person or by proxy to form a quorum was not met and therefore resulted in the adjournment of the AGM.

The meeting has been adjourned for one week and will now take place on Monday 25th January 2021 at 8pm AEDT via video link.

Under the new EA Constitution all EA members are eligible to have their say and cast a vote. All members are encouraged to exercise this right by either attending in person or submitting their vote by proxy.
