ONLINE BOOKING
- Just go to https://www.tfehotels.com/
- Select your preferred Hotel or Location, and the Check-in and Check-out dates
- Tick the "Enter a Special Code" box that is situated just above the "Book Direct & Save" button
- Enter your Corporate ID into the Promo Code/Corp. Account section. You will find the Corporate ID in the block below these instructions
- Click on the "Book Direct & Save" button
- The hotel page will then display all of our hotels situated in the location you are requesting. From here, select the hotel you require.
- The hotel availability page will now display showing your company’s Preferred Corporate Rates, the hotel’s fully flexible rate, the advance purchase pre-paid rates and other promotional rates that are available under each room type
- Now continue through the booking process and complete the reservation form
- To finalise the reservation, simply enter your credit card details into the payment options section. This is a guarantee method only unless an advance purchase, pre-paid rate has been selected
- A confirmation for the traveller will then be generated and emailed directly to you

You can contact the hotel of your choice directly and quote to the in-house reservations department that you are from Equestrian Australia Members. They will then access your Preferred Corporate Rates and make the reservation for you.
CENTRAL RESERVATION
You can telephone our Central Reservations department anytime on 13 86 42 and quote that you are from Equestrian Australia Members. They will then access your Preferred Corporate Rates and make the reservation for you.
