Purpose of the National Leader Board (NLB)

The purpose of the NLB is to determine national annual rankings across Australia.

The Leader Board is available for club, State and National awards, and for selection purposes, etc.

The NLB can also be used for calculating state or other placings, at the discretion of the State Committees.
Eligibility and Information for participants
- The Leader Board tally will commence after Nationals each year through to the completion of Nationals the following year.
- Only official competitions are included.
- Vaulters must be an EA member to be eligible for the NLB.
- The Leader Board is for Individuals, PDD (must have the same 2 vaulters) and Squads (minimum of the same 4 vaulters).
- Only Open, Pre-open, Advanced and Intermediate classes are included where the classes follow the competition descriptions in the Australian National Vaulting Rules.
- All vaulters who compete in eligible classes will be automatically included on the NLB unless they notify EA that they do not wish to be part of the leader board.
- Levels/classes are not split on gender, age or scores.
- Competitions in Australia are included.
- CVI's, World Cup and World Championships outside Australia can be included.
- The final NLB score is an average of the top 3 final scores for each individual and PDD or 2 scores for each squad obtained from three separate events in the NLB timeframe. Vaulters must have a minimum of 3 scores to be eligible for the National Awards except for the squad award where 2 scores will be eligible.
- Only results submitted by a competition organising committee are accepted for Australian Competitions. The results must be submitted to email [email protected]
- Scores achieved overseas MUST be submitted by the individual vaulter.
