Chef d’Equipe & Technical Lead EOIs for both Dressage and Jumping

Equestrian Australia is calling for Expressions of Interest for Chef d’Equipe & Technical Leads for both Dressage and Jumping.

The Chef d’Equipe & Technical Lead provides a leadership role to the Australian Team in either Dressage or Jumping and is generally responsible for the overall logistical and operational team management for major international competitions and Olympic Games, as well as managing performance conversations with identified athletes including the development of their Individual Performance Plans.

The Chef d’Equipe will work in close partnership and in collaboration with the Equestrian Australia High Performance Director and the relevant Sport Manager during their role in the preparation of an Australian Equestrian Team for and during international competitions, World Championships and/or Olympic Games as required.
