Kennett Set to Represent Australia at FEI Vaulting World Cup Final

Australian vaulter Ginger Kennett has been invited to represent Australia at the FEI Vaulting World Cup™ Final, to be held at Sentower Park in Opglabbeek, Belgium, from 29–30 May 2026.

The prestigious event will see the world’s leading vaulters compete for World Cup honours, with Germany’s three-time defending champion Kathrin Meyer once again among the favourites in a highly competitive field.

“Coming from the other side of the world to compete at this level is a huge commitment, but it’s worth it because I truly love what I do. The World Cup Final is also an important step towards the World Championships later this year, which makes this experience even more significant.”

Currently based in Germany, Kennett said the support of both her international team and those back home in Australia has played a vital role in her journey.

“One of the most special parts of this journey has been the people I share it with,” she said.

“I’m so very grateful for my support crew and the international vaulting family I’ve developed here in Germany and all the positivity that surrounds me.

“I’m also really appreciative of all the support I have back in Australia from my family, friends, and everyone following my journey. Knowing that support is there gives me a lot of strength, even from the other side of the world.”

A particularly meaningful aspect of this World Cup Final campaign is Kennett’s reunion with horse Corazon Gran and lunger Benita Golze, with whom she previously competed at the 2022 World Championships.

“Competing at a World Cup Final is an incredible honour, and I want to approach it with gratitude, focus, and trust in everything that has brought me here.”

Kennett said representing Australia on the world stage remains one of the proudest moments of her career.

“Above all, it’s a huge honour to be here at this stage of my career, and I’m looking forward to enjoying the experience, performing with confidence, and representing Australia at the 2026 FEI World Cup Final.”
