2026 Annual General Meeting & Special General Meeting Update

Dear Members, 

Please see information relating to the 2026 Equestrian Australia Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the cancellation of the proposed Special General Meeting (SGM).

Annual General Meeting 

Please find attached the agenda and explanatory memorandum for the 2026 Annual General Meeting. 

The AGM will proceed as scheduled, with members able to participate through the Vero Meeting Portal. 

Vero Voting, an independent voting and meeting service, has been appointed by Equestrian Australia to manage and host the AGM. A separate email will be sent by Vero Voting with instructions for accessing the Meeting Portal. 

Through the Meeting Portal, members will be able to: 

• Register to attend the AGM
• Submit a proxy, where applicable
• Ask questions prior to and during the AGM
• Review relevant AGM documentation
• Attend the AGM online 

If you are unable to attend and would like to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf, please complete the proxy process through the Vero Voting system. Proxy appointments must be received 48 hours prior to the start of the AGM. 

Members are strongly encouraged to exercise their right to vote and, where appointing a proxy, provide clear voting directions by selecting for, against or abstain, as applicable. 

Special General Meeting - Cancelled 

The Special General Meeting that was proposed to be held following the AGM has been cancelled. 

Equestrian Australia did not receive any valid Notices of Motion for consideration at the SGM. As there is therefore no business to be considered at a Special General Meeting, the SGM will not proceed.
