Equestrian Australia (EA) Casual Vacancy Elected Director – Expressions of Interest (EOI)
Equestrian Australia Limited (ACN 077 455 755) (EA) is now calling for nominations for 3 Casual Vacancies for the position of ‘Elected Director’ on the EA Board. The EA Directors may appoint a casual vacancy with an EA member whom they consider by virtue of qualifications and background will assist the Company attain its objectives. (Refer EA Constitution: Elected Directors).
EA has identified the following skills and experience as favourable and would add the most value to the EA board over the coming years. There is an immediate need for a director with accounting, finance and risk management experience. Other skills that would be helpful include governance and management, good communication, and practical decision making aligned to EA objectives. Directors should have interest in the welfare of EA members and the horse.
