Member Engagement Forum - 27 May
The Equestrian Australia (EA) Board is inviting members to attend an upcoming Member Engagement Forum, as part of the organisation’s ongoing commitment to strengthening communication, collaboration and connection with the equestrian community across the country.
The webinar follows the recent approval of a Marketing and Stakeholder Engagement Plan by the EA Board, which aims to increase engagement with members through face-to-face opportunities, presentations and open conversations across the sport.
The session will provide members with an opportunity to hear more about EA’s strategic direction, as well as the outcomes and feedback of the recent member survey, and an update on a number of projects, including the IT Project.
Among the key themes identified through member feedback were the importance of financial sustainability and strong governance in securing the future of equestrian sport in Australia. The feedback also highlighted broader topics shaping the future of the sport nationally, including participation growth, member experience, volunteer support, coach and official development, and the ongoing sustainability of clubs and competition pathways across Australia.
The webinar forms part of a broader focus on engagement and collaboration from the EA Board, with ongoing work focused on strengthening governance, transparency and the long-term sustainability of equestrian sport.
Equestrian Australia encourages members to take part in the webinar and contribute to the ongoing conversations helping shape the future direction of the organisation.
The webinar will be held on 27 May 2026, you can register through Zoom here.
