Position available - Pathway Manager - Officials

Equestrian Australia is one of Australia’s leading national sporting organisations with a history of Olympic and Paralympic success.

To ensure our sport is appropriately supported in competition, our officials are paramount. In this hands on role, your focus will be on providing development programs to enhance the knowledge and practical skills of our existing officials, as well as introducing newcomers to these essential roles. Educational opportunities to build appropriate succession planning for our officials’ network is a key deliverable.

To succeed in this role, you will create and implement education programs for all equestrian officials including technical delegates, judges, stewards and course designers, drawing on industry expertise as required. Your focus will be on identifying and facilitating opportunities for officials to continue their accreditation and gain the experience required to meet the standards set by the Fédération Equestre Internationale.

You will have demonstrable experience in adult learning principles and proven results in developing an educational program. Your attention to detail will enable you to monitor the accreditation needs of our officials, as will your ability to plan an appropriate educational schedule.

Equestrian knowledge will provide a distinct advantage.
