Inaugural Coach Educators / Skills Specific Trainers & Assessors Conference
Coach Educators / Skills Specific Trainers have converged for the inaugural National CE / SSTA Conference.
Over 70 Coach Educators / Skills Specific Trainers and Assessors have converged at the Holiday Inn – Sydney Airport on 10-12 July for the inaugural National CE / SSTA Conference.
Over the next few days the conference will have presentations and workshops from guest speakers on several topics, from both within the equestrian field and outside sport specialists.
The conference is a great opportunity for Coach Educators and Skills Specific Trainers and Assessors to gain valuable knowledge from within and outside the equestrian industry whilst being able to network with fellow coaches.
“With so many new coaches and riders entering the NCAS system, the conference is an ideal opportunity to review not only where we are, but also what resources the CEs and SSTAs need in their roles. These resources are vital in developing the new coaches entering into the NCAS system,” explained National Education Manager Nathan Holman.
A part of the seminar will be dedicated to an open discussion were participants will be asked to share their views and ideas on where the EFA NCAS system is heading and how it can be improved.
