Olympic Nomination Appeal unsuccessful

At a hearing last night, an EFA Appeal Tribunal dismissed an appeal against non-nomination to the 2008 Olympic Team put by Wendy Schaeffer.
Wendy had appealed on the ground that the applicable nomination criteria and in particular the subjective nomination criteria had not been properly followed and/or implemented.
The Appeal Tribunal commended Wendy on the quality of the presentation of her appeal.
