National Youth Development Coordinators Announced
The High Performance Program of Equestrian Australia have recently selected Youth Development Coordinators for Dressage, Eventing and Jumping. The National Youth Development Program Coordinators are:
Dresssage - Jan Smith (VIC) Eventing - Prue Barrett (NSW) Jumping - Alison Rowlands (WA) As part of the introduction of the National Youth Development Programs in 2009 the Coordinators will be responsible to the High Performance Panel for the coordination of all aspects of the program. The role will require the Coordinator's to assist in the program formulation and review, coordinate youth development camps, liaise with head coaches, provide support to squad members at major events and maintain performance records to aid a youth development performnace analysis system. The term of the appointments are from January 2009 to December 2012. Congratulations Jan, Prue and Alison on your appointments. | |
