We are advertising to fill the position of Sport Consultant - Operation Manager.
Operations Manager
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the office. Furthermore, the development, review and maintenance of office systems aimed at continuous business and process improvements across the EA, will also be a core responsibility, along with the provision of full assistance to the CEO.
A self-starter you will possess:
• Proven experience in the efficient administration of a small, dynamic office;
• Exceptional organisational skills, proven ability to prioritise work commitments and deadlines;
• Highest level communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with varied stakeholders;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, an ability to follow set processes and procedures and also identify and drive improvements;
• Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Office applications;
• An ability to coordinate meetings, including minute taking; experience arranging conferences and travel bookings would be advantageous;
• An understanding and ability to work with confidential and highly sensitive information; and
