Looking forward to the selection of a team for the 2006 Aachen WEG, the Jumping High Performance Panel (HPP) has taken the approach that all aspiring Australian riders should be considered and should be aware that the National Selectors will recognise performances anywhere in the world.

As a result, we are making a significant effort to improve communications at the high performance end of the sport. Over the past months, we have introduced riders and owners to the new format of selection; we have recently enhanced the EFA web site to add value for all participants; the office has the capability to SMS message to all registered members and the HPP will be posting the Selection policy on the web site shortly.
 
The next step is to make sure you receive all the relevant communication and that the National Selectors are aware of your activities, whether you are currently on National Jumping Squads or not.

Please take a moment to register your interest and provide us with information using this form.

Your details will then be recorded to ensure you are notified of any changes or new activities, events and opportunities. This will include overseas invitations, newsletters on policy or show programs, on Selection events and updates from the National Coach. The EFA office will also make sure that your performances are added to the database on a regular basis.

If your are interested, please return the form with appropriate details by 30 September 2005. If you know of someone that has not received the form, please pass a copy on. It is important to understand that this is not a Team Selection requirement but a way to improve communication and our ability to track riders seeking selection in the future.
