The Forum is preceded on Saturday by a National Board Meeting and the 2006 EFA Annual General Meeting at which the seven EFA "Shareholders" (Branches) will elect Directors to fill three vacancies on the board of five.  The vacancies were created by the completion of their first term as directors of Mary Seefried and Kerry Brydon, both of whom have renominated, and the end of Russ Withers' term as Chairman and President of the EFA.
