Andrew Hoy tops World Ranking List again

Nine Australian riders are among the top twenty on the FEI Eventing Riders’ World Ranking List.
World Ranking List leader Andrew Hoy had a brilliant year with wins at the Kentucky (USA) and Badminton (GBR) four-star events and a 2nd place at the Burghley CCI****, coming so close to the Rolex Grand Slam. Andrew was also a member of the Bronze medal Australian Team at the 2006 World Equestrian Games (WEG) in WEG Individual Silver and Team Bronze medallist Clayton Fredericks picked up third place in the rankings. His wife, Burghley winner Lucinda Fredericks, placed 14th, behind Australia-based riders Shane Rose in 9th position and Christopher Burton in 11th.
Heath Ryan (15th), Stuart Tinney (17th), USA-based Phillip Dutton (18th) and Emily Anker (20th) made up the rest of the Australian contingent in the first twenty places.
