Why Are Fees Increasing?

After careful consideration of our operational costs, Equestrian Australia has implemented necessary fee adjustments for the 2026 financial year. These changes reflect increased operational costs, insurance premiums, and our ongoing commitment to improving member services and maintaining the high standards you expect.

Your membership fees support: Comprehensive insurance coverage, national and international competition support, training programs, IT improvements, administrative services, and regulatory compliance.

EA Administration & Insurance Charges

EA fees incorporate both administration costs (including member services, governance, regulatory compliance, and national program coordination) and comprehensive insurance premiums that provide coverage for all equestrian activities.

State Branch Fees

Vary by state due to different operational requirements, facility costs, and local program offerings in each region.

One-Time IT Levy

A one off $33 IT Levy applies to all membership categories (excluding Supporter - Officials and Coaches Registration). This levy supports improvements to technology infrastructure and enhancements to digital services.

Payment Options

Payment Date and Changes

As per your normal renewal cycle, if you would like to change your membership type, don't hesitate to get in touch with your State branch.
