Two Junior EOIs to represent Australia in Borrowed Horse Jumping Events (Thailand & Taipei)

Equestrian Australia has received two invitations from the Thailand Equestrian Federation (TEF) and the Chinese Taipei Equestrian Association for riders to compete in borrowed horse events in November 2018. 

Equestrian Australia would like to invite members who meet the age category of 14 – 18 years of age (year of birth 2000 - 2004), to indicate their interest to compete at these competitions. All interested riders will need to complete the Expressions of Interest form, one per event, to be considered. Further details can be found below:

Thailand Equestrian Federation - Royal Horse Guard, Bangkok, Thailand - The Princess Cup 17 - 20 November 2018

The invite is for:

  • 3 Riders, aged 14 – 18 years to compete in 110cm Show Jumping Event
  • 1 Coach/Chef d’Equipe/Official

The Show Organising Committee will provide the following:

  • Borrowed Horse
  • Accommodation (2 rooms only)
  • Meals
  • Transport to and from Airport

The Riders/Coach will be responsible for:

  • Return airfares
  • Insurance

Chinese Taipei Equestrian Association - Third Asian Equestrian Federation Junior Jumping Championship, Taichung, 9 - 12 November 2018

The invite is for:

  • 1 Rider, aged 14 – 18 years to compete in 110cm Show Jumping Event
  • 1 Coach/Chef d’Equipe/Official

The Show Organising Committee will provide the following:

  • Borrowed Horse
  • Accommodation
  • Meals
  • Transport to and from Airport

The Riders/Coach will be responsible for:

  • Return airfares
  • Insurance

The EA National office will provide administration support and a uniform for the selected riders.

Interested riders/officials are required to complete the appropriate Expression of Interest (EOI) form, one per event, and return to the National Office by email to [email protected] before close of business Monday 15th October 2018.
