Insurance: Is Your Club Covered? Webinar

This Webinar brought to you by Equestrian Queensland (EQ) is open to all States.

Are you on the committee of an EA affiliated club? Have you ever wondered if your insurance covers everything that your club runs? Insurance is a complex topic, and it is important to ensure that your club has sufficient cover for all activities that are held on the club grounds. 

Will MacArthur, from Gow-Gates Insurance Brokers, will discuss the EA Club Insurance Program, and what may or may not be covered within this, including:

• What is defined as a horse activity day?
• What cover do club members have at club competitions?
• Are we covered to run activities outside of Competitions?
• What additional coverage is required to offer agistment on our club grounds?
• Do we require additional insurance?

Many clubs have questions or scenarios that are specific to their club, and so we invite club representatives to submit questions prior to the webinar to allow Will to discuss these. Please send any questions/scenarios to Christine from EQ at [email protected] by no later than Friday 11 May.
