2017 Gow-Gates Club Development Grant Program

Equestrian Australia is pleased to announce it will be partnering with Gow-Gates Insurance Brokers for this year’s Club Development Grant Program.

The 2017 Gow-Gates Club Development Grant Program will focus solely on safety and risk management.

It is the first time that Gow-Gates has supported the program and Equestrian Australia welcomes their involvement.

EA Chief Executive, Paula Ward said, “It is the fourth year we have run a Club Development Grant Program, however, it is the first time we have chosen a specific theme for this grant giving initiative. Optimising safety and risk management across Equestrian sport is a key priority for everyone involved in our sport and it is vitally important to provide our Clubs with funding opportunities like this to help facilitate improved safety standards and risk management practices at Equestrian Clubs throughout Australia. We are very thankful for Gow-Gates’ involvement in this year’s Club Development Grant Program and their continued support for all our safety initiatives across Equestrian sport.”

Gow-Gates’ Will MacArthur said, “Rider and horse safety is of the utmost importance and we are delighted to be a part of a program that focuses on improving safety standards within EA clubs. We are looking forward to seeing the initiatives being rolled out and the benefits being realised.”
