2018 Jumping Grand Final at Willinga Park

Congratulations to all riders who competed in the 2018 Jumping Grand Final, which was held at Willinga Park from 13th-16th of December, with some outstanding results!

The competition saw a variety of classes, including the Young Rider Championship Final, the Mini Prix Championship Final, the Amateur Championship Final and the Junior Championship Final.

More than 120 competitors vied for cash prizes, while showjumper Tom McDermott went there with aims of taking home the inaugural $50,000 NSW Triple Crown Series bonus—the largest prize for any single showjumper in Australia.

After having already won the NSW Country Showjumping Championships and the NSW State Titles, Tom struck gold. Riding Rory Hovell's stunning stallion, Yalambi's Fair Diamond VDL, Tom secured the WIllinga Park Grand Final Series and claimed the giant cheque. Runner up in the series was awarded to Jennifer Wood and Cassandro B.

In the Pryde’s EasiFeed Junior Championships Final the winner was Maleah Lang McMahon on board Kolora Stud Sovereign's Cadel, with runner up being Clemency Hughes on Nicolette.
