2023 National Para-Dressage Performance Gold Medals

The Equestrian Australia High Performance Department is supporting a special Gold Medal System to recognise outstanding performances throughout the year. The aim is to assist athletes with motivation to compete regularly and achieve high scores through the application of correct training methods and competition.
National Para Dressage Performance Gold Medals will be awarded to horse/rider combinations who obtain the following in the current year.

Gold Medals (does not include Freestyles):

• FEI Grand Prix A Test 3 Performances of 70% or more
• FEI Grand Prix B Test 3 Performances of 70% or more

Conditions:

• The qualifying period is from 13 October 2022 to 8 September 2023 (the period from the commencement of competition for the 2022 Australian Para Dressage National Championships up to the closing date for entries for the 2023 Australian Para
• Dressage National Championships)
• Australian Riders only are eligible
• Riders must be current financial members of Equestrian Australian to be eligible
• Performances can be achieved at any Official competition
• Overall scores from Official Competitive events will be eligible only (not individual judges scores)
• HC results are not eligible
• Freestyle results are not eligible

Performance medals will be presented at the Australian Para Dressage National Championships on Friday 13th October 2023 at a time to be determined.
