EA Medication Control Policy

As part of EA’s ongoing review of Regulations and Policies, the EA Board at its meeting held on the 19^th December, approved changes to the National Medication Control System Policy.  This document, which had not had any major updates since its inception in 2009 has been renamed EA Medication Control Policy. Consultation was conducted with input from EA’s National Medication Control Officer, Head Vet, State Branches and Branch Medication Control Officers.  

This policy now forms the national guideline to the FEI Equine Anti-Doping and Controlled Medication Regulations, and the FEI Veterinary Regulations.
