Equestrian Australia (EA) is one of Australia’s leading national sporting organisations with a history of Olympic and Paralympic success.

We are seeking an administrative expert to join to provide organisational and administrative support to the Athletes Pathway Team. You will become our in-house expert for the multiple athlete pathway programs we have in place and in development. Database administration, coordination of program logistics, responsive member communication and regular liaison with key stakeholders will be central to your success. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to our community e-newsletter, In The Clubhouse, as well as craft content and coordinate dissemination.

You will be detail minded, organised and willing to respond to all manner of questions relating to our athlete pathway opportunities and already established grassroots programs. Your friendly manner and polished communication skills will be important to enable you to liaise with a variety of key stakeholders including our members. Your superior time management skills will enable you to manage the ebb and flow of a cyclical workflow.

You will develop a detailed understanding of EA policy and process, as well as those of the Australian Sports Commission, Sporting Schools and the Fédération Equestre Internationale.

Equestrian knowledge is considered an advantage but not a necessity.
