Equestrian Australia (EA) urges all riders and horse owners to take special care when using topical treatments, feed additives and supplements.

Products marketed as “herbal” may not be benign. It is your responsibility to ensure products that you are using are acceptable under the FEI Cleansport regulations http://inside.fei.org/fei/cleansport.

EA also highly recommends that you get into the habit of maintaining a medication log book that reflects an up to date record of what you use, when and why.
