2022 EA National Eventing Rules Update effective 1 July 2022

Amendments to the EA National Eventing Rules have been made effective 1st July 2022, following approval by the EA Board.

The summary of the changes can be found HERE and are shown below:

  • Change to Minimum Eligibility Requirements (MER) for CCI5*-L ‘A’ Category Athletes with a 5*-L MER to bring them in line with CCI5*-L ‘A’ Category Athletes without a 5*-L MER
  • Update and clarification to Dress requirements for the Dressage and Jumping Tests
  • Clarification to 520.3 EA Minimum Eligibility Requirements (applies to FEI Events)
  • Update to Annex K - EA OFFICIALS ACCREDITATION to clarify the requirements to attain and maintain Eventing Judge, Course Designer and Technical Delegate accreditation
  • Updates to Annex D.1 to clarify requirements. Please note that there is no compromise to the standards required, only clarification and simplification of the documentation.
